Arundell is the neighborhood of Ventura between midtown and the East End. It's boundaries are Mills Road on the west, and Victoria Avenue on the east.
It's not really on any official maps of Ventura, since they tend to consider anything east of Mills in "East Ventura". However, BrentLaabs thinks that a region that contains more than half of town is somewhat ridiculous, and thus made up this intermediate region. It got the name Arundell because of its major geographic feature, the Arundell Barranca, and because Brent's friend Brady says it makes it sound more elven.
